Hi, I’m Emily.
I’m a Los Angeles based therapist working with individuals and couples across California.
I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Hakomi Somatic Therapy.
As a multicultural first generation immigrant and Third Culture Kid, I am driven by a passion to help people find belonging, uncover the root of their struggles, and rediscover joy and meaning.
I’m known to challenge my clients, highlight where they’re stuck, and be a champion for their transformation. Clients have reflected that I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space.
I’m an EFT and Somatic Therapist
Therapy is an active and collaborative process. I don’t just sit and listen. The work happens through meaningful dialogue and a relationship that we build over time. I use research-backed modalities, designed for deep and lasting results.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
EFT therapy empowers you to take control of how you interact emotionally, enhancing self-awareness and emotional intelligence, allowing you to create secure, intentional relationships that align with your values and ambitions.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic Therapy helps you connect with your body’s wisdom to break free from stress patterns stored deep within. By tuning into physical sensations, you gain insight into how unprocessed emotions manifest as tension, pain, or a sense of disconnection.

Step three: Book your first session. We’ll find a time to meet. I offer sessions Monday through Friday.
